I would have got out & got right in The white Mazda 323F drivers face for doing that! I would have leaned right on the horn & given him the bell ringing sign too!

Nah, Thats condensation or steam, not car fumes. Its probably cracked a cylinder head gasket or the water pump is fucked but that wouldn't surprise me if it did, Its French so what do you expect?
