UPDATE: Due to MANY people asking me, I just thought I would say this. The "Bow of Fire" if JUST a Perfect Madness Longbow with a +25 fire damage sigil stone on it, I simply re-named it. And my arrows, if you care that much about them look it up on google. I forgot where I got them, I haven't played oblivion since I made this video.
