@LH2OLH2O He still travels, doing lectures and such. He was in Egypt for most of November... However I think most of his exploits with t.v. lately have been through other business ventures.

I have never had sleep paralysis, but I have had that falling sensation often, and it's like you slam back into your body and it wakes you up. I don't know if this is astral projection being stopped, or what. I have never had an OBE, but one time I did have the distinct feeling I was separate from my body. It was a very peaceful but odd feeling. I felt I was outside of myself. When I opened my eyes all was normal. I was fully awake at the time, not in bed, not half asleep etc.

Sleep Paralysis is explained by science and is quite biological. Was this man ever tested? Because this sounds like bs.

Soul traveling? On this level you could already be more aware what soul izz. Make some more research but not in astral space c there you will find nothing what has to do with it.
Astral spiritual knowlidge is such a joke...

wow folks... I have the privilege of actually KNOWING Albert Taylor, and can say that his insight is much more helpful than any suggestion to smoke pot or do some shrooms... dumbasses
