@Predicesor agreed, these cars are designed to be driven on the autobahn. The patrol car is only designed for one thing, and that's straight line speed.

Better braking, better balance, better handling, better weight distribution, less HP. BMW wins 4/5 categories.

I don't see where the kid gets caught. they just show some of the previous scenery and say 'oh the bmw broke down' yeah thats bullshit. e30 m3's are made to take a beating on the track.

negative that M3 was an inline 4 cyl not an inline 6 which BMW is known for. With DOHC and would eat a Z-28's lunch. The reason this guy was able to get away was because of better braking and handling.
