Video Requirements
1.The person submitting the video must also be performing in the video
2.The video must not be more then 1 1/2 minutes long.
3.The video must comply with YouTube Terms of Use (http://www.youtube.com/t/terms)
4.The video must be a new video uploaded to YouTube on or after May 19, 2009.
5.The performer in the video must be performing with a BaliYo only, nothing else.
6.The video must not contain any copyrighted works (unless you own the copyright), anything in the video must be entirely original and created and performed by you.
7.Inappropriate or offensive videos will be disqualified and removed from the contest group.

Determination of Winners
The winning video will be chosen by Spyderco by meeting the following criteria:
1.Creativity
2.How well your video fits with the Video Requirements outlined above.
3.Winners will be announced week of July 7th, 2009 and contacted through YouTube.
4.The winning videos will be embedded on our various websites.
