We are a Residential Designers | Light Commercial Designers Company base in Fayetteville NC. We also specialize in 3D Modeling and Visualization. This is a project that we were hired by Richardson & Brittain to create a 3d representation of what the finished I-295 @ Murchison Road would look like once completed. This 3d animation will be entered in to court as evidence on behalf of Richardson & Brittain. Our job was to show the jury why that NC DOT should pay the lawyers client for their full value of their property's value. Watch the video, you will see the before and after conditions.

  • Why didn't the state request I-74/73 run through southern Fayetteville area to cut the cost of building this silly loop! All these business they claim the loop will bring hasn't came yet & it never will! Phase 1 was to suppose to bring a international mall lol where is it? I thought so

  • Fayetteville really believes this would do anything for the city they are sadly mistaken, but give soldiers another opportunity not to live there! Why not put this money into improving Fayetteville state/tech and create a business district downtown?

  • This will do nothing for Fayetteville but create more sprawl like development! Downtown Fayetteville is pretty much neglected but city/county developing out west where no one wants that kind activity!

  • I'm losing my trailer park because of this ..oh the humanity

  • @vtecivicsib18 The project was funded by the ARA so there is more than enough money and thankfully people seeking employment to complete this project. The government debt is certainly working for those of us seeking to reap the benefits of this new thoroughfare and BRAC.

  • I also wanted to add, that while the property value may go down as this complex is zones residential, it would be invaluable to the property owners to develop it for commerical zoning. It would be the first and most convenient place to stop for necessities or a bed for the night. There are many ways that being at the "base" of the interchange could work for the best...and if they develop in a major way the rest of the population on the Murch might be willing to spruce up the area also.

  • I dont know if you watch the entire presentation HDridr, but it clearly stated that a large number of tenants in this particular housing complex are military...so they are in a way getting their money from the government but certainly not by way of public assistance. You must not spend very much time on Murchison Road ro you would know that the highway project effects far more people in Eureka Springs, Kings Grant, and College Lakes than it does Murchison Road.

  • Great effects. Fayetteville is a great city in NC. and I-295 is so-posed to help us catch up with the rest of the world. We need that new interstate. So what if I few ppl get messed up. Over 350,000 ppl in just the city limits. There mat be a few budget issues but there fixed and I-295 will be a great improvement to Fayetteville.

  • @HDridr2000 they coming to tear your neighborhood down too lol
