My Redback Angelfish, day one (jul 22 2010)

I got these from a local chain fish store. They were labeled "true Red Back Angelfish" We will see in time i guess. They were very expensive and the tallest is only 2.5 inches tall. No matter what they turn out to be I really like them. They have very high bodies and other Altum like features but are clearly not Altums. They also look nothing like any of my other "wild type" Angelfish. They were imported from a Czech breeder, they also got large and small "altums" from this breeder that are obviously common Scalare.

There are also some(4) locally bred baby angels in there. They were sold as f2 wilds but have no wild fetures other than up turned snouts. The do however have alot of blue and red in their fins.

Im sorry about the water marks on the tank. Ill keep them out of my up coming videos.
