  • I'm curious. Since your system doesn't have a traditional bbl nut does this mean we don't have to worry about bbl nut alignment now if for some reason we need to do some bbl work? That alignment can be a PITA sometimes.

  • The B.E.A.R system in both piston and impingement use a steel barrel nut that has an external threads which screws into the rail nut. There are no scallops on the O.D. like the traditional barrel nut for the gas tube. Just torque the barrel to 40 foot pounds and no alignment needed! A beautiful thing!

  • This looks to be the best ar-15 to ever be built, as far as i'm concerned. and looking at the results of the H.P.White testing.........I'm not wrong. Not a single failure in 6,000 rounds. That is absolutly amazing. I'm deffinatly buying the Bear. Thank you for builing the PERFECT ar-15.

  • @mixflip your unable to put ladder rails or covers on the side that the forward charging handle is on.the rails themselves aren`t that sharp to me!you have to have baby hands for any damage.

  • when will your barrel/muti-tool wrench be available and how much?not that i need it immediately, but would like to have it should i need one!i have a adcor defence elite upper and don`t want to be left in the cold without one should the need arrive!also is that just regular heat shrink on the front charging handle should i evr need to replace it,as it seems like it could wear against the rail over time.

  • Loving mine, it truely is low maintance and very very accurate, nice work, love your weapons.

  • Can you put rail covers on the sides? If not are you going to build a smooth sided model for us guys that dont need all those rails? Also is there any issues with cutting open your finger on those rails when charging the handle?

  • No more complaints about AR reliability
