How to make a beaded chandelier using dollar store supplies.

You need:
Hanging Wire Basket
6 packages of Mardi Gras beads (about 48 necklaces)
Floral or light gauge wire
Wire cutters
Spray paint
Drop cloth
Hot glue gun & glue
Total cost: about $10 (if you get supplies at dollar store)
