This video is part one of the Foaming process. Basically it's a time-lapse video of me inserting foam sections in-between the wood forms that I built in the previous video. The foam process will take a bit more time to do as there is a lot of shaping and cutting to do. But this will give you an idea... Took a few hours to do and I was since and not feeling well this day. At the end talk a little about the project but can't really focus well because it was 900 degrees in the room.

  • what would happen if you would crash the car? are you going to make spare parts? or will you have to make it all over again?

  • @riltjd Just to clarify, what I am building is whats called a body buck. I will use this to produce full production body panels. After that I will be able to produce any body part as many times as needed.

  • "its a car" that is not a car its foam on wheels! build sumffink that u car drive and that is quick not good looking!

  • I like this wood and foam process it would last many years and uses for mold building.
