New York Tilt & Shift Timelapse

my 2nd timelapse test in which i tried to make it look like a model city
again all pictures are made with my canon eos 400d camera this time during my visit in new york
unfortunately i hadn't had enough time to make more pictures so it's just a short 12s clip again but i hope you'll enjoy it though and next time i promise i try to make longer videos :-)
sorry for the shaking camera, i din't had my tripod with me so i shot every picture out of my hand
btw watch it in full hd for max. resolution

can a normal camera do that? do i need specific lens?

by normal i mean a normal dslr cam beside the miniature feature, tnx :)

a normal camera can do that if you spend some time with the postprocessing in photoshop or gimp(fake model photography or fake tilt& shift), otherwise you need a tilt&shift lens (just google it)

No seriously, why did the camera shake? looks as if it's on a tripod, yet you put artificial camera shake in post. Looks nice, but a bit wierd.

@elliottower123 haha no effects and no tripod, it's all single photos shot out of my hands one picture after another and about 30-65 pics per scene which thought was enough but it only ended up in a couple of seconds :-)

like i said in the description i had no tripod at all and my cam doesn't have any video feature this is why it's shaking a little with every frame

@ultraret it actually really is new york, it's just this t&s effect and an higher saturation which makes it look out of plastik

I think you got the miniature affect to work, looks good just wish it was longer. I just bought a T/S lens and can't wait to figure out how to use it! : )
