Great looking sandwich! It's nice to see someone that knows a fish salad sandwich is supposed to be more than just mayo and fish on flat bread.

Good recipe, I'd just leave out the tomato in it. You already have sliced tomato on it. What's up with the English and their tomatoes anyways? :-)

you didn't pay attention in school , you always add all the ingredients and season to taste before ading mayo, after you add mayo it's too late, that goes for any mayo based mixture.

ah, lucky, you got two cameras...damn I gotta make some cooking vids soon...anyway, one thing I gotta recommend is putting a non-slip mat or a wet towel underneath your cutting board so it doesn't slip and move around while using it...very dangerous and annoying without it.
