Dear ismae.,
If you follow that traintrack (not literally) 0.04, you'll see it goes to an apartment complex opposite the Power Station on the otherside of the river.

The apartment complex land is freely open to the public, you may venture on to that site and at the back, at the end of the social housing block, by the tracks, there are some nice views of the Power Station.

In the foreground are train tracks and rusty low sheds.
It may make a nice picture; go on a sunny day.
