would you recommend scrawny guys to skip out the whole plyometrics,kenpo,yoga and cardio excercises for the whole 90 days if they are trying to bulk up?

@everydaysoopsaaah If your main goal is to gain mass, you want to do as little cardio as possible. Head over to my site iwanttogetripped*com and type in "gain mass with P90X" in the search box. Browse around and you will find some great posts.
