I bought this for about 85$ and where I live the version without the statue is 70$. So for only 15$ more the hand painted statue is well worth it. Although the mold-design (especially the eyes) could definitely be better, it's not remotely as bad as this video claims. It feels solid and has some nice details with the painting, the rubberised plants and the t-rex figure. What you see is what you get, so if you like what you see and the difference is 15$ - go for it and disregard this video.

ha u got ripped off i got it for $40.00!

This would be a good deal, if they made the T-Rex as it really looks in reality, not some crazy lizard. Dinosaur without fathers, you must be crazy!

I have never been a collector for big statues. To me it comes more across as an over-priced toy than an accessory to the DVD set. Good Collectors Set like that red JP DVD set you just showed is what we DVD collectors want.

@TheMantaBluRay I'm okay with statues and the like. I own a handful and they look great, but only when done right. For the price, this should do something, whether that be light up or roar. That would add a little flair to this deadened thing.
And yeah, the DVD set was perfect. I wish this was more of a re-do honestly.
