Well, I reckon Pushing the Senses was the best ever (and Comfort in Sound was excellent too!)Can't wait to see them again - does anyone know why've they've gone so quiet?
Actually no they're not... they're commonplace. It's disturbing how musicians so talented on Swim, Polythene, Echo Park, & YWTS which are brilliant could create such mediocrity in the albums you mentioned. That is disappointing.
Well I think they're great albums. Some people just think bands are not allowed to change their sound and evolve in the process. The Darkness decided to keep the same sound on album number 2, and look what happened there.
apparently they will. what's even more convincing is that grant is using heavier guitars. so their new material could more than likely be their heaviest stuff, even than swim and with jon lee now dead.
