@c3m3nth3ad a take down is a linear motion so it goes in a straight line. lets say you use you left arm to wizard and stop him and right at the same time you put your right arm behind his left arm pit and spin to the left. its like dodging a bull, this take you compltely off the linear line of attack and the wrestler hits the matt. watch brock lesnar vs shane carwin. carwin used this move on brock and brock was amazed he taught it in TUF as a coach.
