Kelsey briggs 2002-2005. Died of child abuse (by her mom and her mom's new boyfriend, this is not the men you see in the video, that's kelsey's real dad).
She didn't deserve this, there is no child on earth who deserves an abuse like this..

at school in the assemnly the principal showed us a video about kelsey`s story..at the end all the people n the assembly cryed .....i belive that Kelsey is in heaven and watches over all the children that suffer of child abuse and i belive if she could Kelsey would stop this by any means necessary.....kelsey is our little angel...Rest in Peace 0:)

This poor child. She did not deserve the pain she went through. I feel so bad for her dad, who was in Iraq when all of this was happening. I can't even imagine how he felt when he came home and found out his precious daughter was murdered. Kelsey's stepfather murdered this little girl. She's somewhere where no one will do her any harm and I hope she rests in peace.

i am sry to even put this on this memorial page but her real dad didn't even want to be a dad til it was way to late he was in rehab that the military made him do before they kicked him out but got him help to see if he would accept it how can either of them call their selves a mom or dad....this little girl is so pretty and deserved more then the parents god gave her....

this little girl would be a 2nd grader now, same grade as one of my good friends. but she never even got to see her 3rd birthday. how could her own mother have a boyfriend like that, and MARRY him while she was still with kelsey's father! she KNEW what he had been doing to her daughter. she KNEW about all the damage he had done. she KNEW he had killed kelsey. but what did she do about it? NOTHING. she and her "boyfriend" should've been the ones to die, not this beautiful little 2 1/2 year old.
