  • jb hutto did not invent the metal slide, I can name 5 at least in the early 30's one being bukka white 2 being son house we can go on more

  • JB Hutto certainly didn't invent the slide. What about Charley Patton, Son House or Robert Johnson? They were playing WELL before JB.

  • top 5. Seen him numerous times but never enough. Too bad not too much live footage avail. His presence was amazing and joy palpable in the audience, which was always going nuts. I was always mesmerized by his playing and never really understood what an amazing voice/delivery he had.
