Presented by Roberto Peon and William Chan.
ABSTRACT
SPDY is an application layer protocol which increases security while decreasing latency. SPDY is on track for a possible re-naming to HTTP/2.0, and is being actively implemented by important contingents of the web community external to Google. In this presentation, we will present the overall design of SPDY, the performance benefits, future plans, and suggestions as to how to take advantage of its features.

Sounds like a TCP implementation on top of a TCP/IP connection.

Next time they should it set up so the panel can contact the podium by a light signal for questions. The podium can then click a open mic for that panel individual and then mute them after the questions are answered. This was not a forethought but should have been. There should always be the main key of TEST TEST TEST prior to doing any final run. Or have it to where they can only talk and be heard if they push a button and hold it down and when released it auto mutes. Either way. UGH!!!
