Beginners: Shift + drag and object with the 'select and move tool' to make a copy of it.

i'm a beginner and was still able to keep up with your tutorial. It was a bit fast and would have been more helpful with some audio but if you do it bit by bit whilst pausing and going back to it, it becomes a lot more simple to understand and get to grips with it. thanks for the help! :)
