  • The new project is complete, I can't wait to look down through the glass plate on the end of the bridge1

  • @Dodgeman07 I agree with you there!! I can't wait either!!

  • The bridge was rotting away before it collapsed the engineers mada a mistake of using the same bolts for the the previous bridge that was standing there before it was built

  • yes i agree with you 100%. If the engineers would have replaced the 1882 anchor bolts, history may have been a little different.

  • I've been there plenty of times myself throughout my lifetime during camping trips...even got chances to walk across it and even watched a train go across it...it was such a beautiful site...it is such a shame of what happened to it...

  • Yeah you can look at these pictures and say that bridge is huge, and its sad to see what happened to it, but you don't really know the destruction and the size of the brige until you see it in person. It is just amazing the destruction, and how it toppled that bridge.

  • looking at the picture at 2:10 I can see that only a portion of history was demolished

  • Hey Andrew!

  • @apeslizzle Waht.... I didn't post that. >.> I got hacked so..... :p But I did go up there Recently and I saw they rebuilt it♥

  • @Lizontt4eva : Keep it polite or please don't comment. GAY is not a term that you should use to denote something negative like that. It's bigoted and ignorant.

  • I love the country on the Western NY state/Pennsylvania border. We used to boat on Kinzua, camp on the islands... water ski to the southern end.. Life was good. Now, I'm in my 70's, and these videos make me realize how lucky we all were to grow up, or live, in this unspoiled corner of America!

  • My Grandfather was an engineer who worked on the bridge in 1900.Snowmobilers crossed it in the winter - I was in a group of them in the early 90's. At the last minute, I held my breath, and hit the throttle!!

  • Thanks for sharing. It was a grand place and really still is.

  • Every 3 months I go up there <3 Kinzua Bridge 120 something ft high is very big :) hope they do rebuild it but u know whats GAY, the only thing they have done is put a peice of wood on the end of it
