Of course it is! We are thousands (hundred of thousands) of fans with the bootleg of such a session, and of course it's Jagger voice, a really young Jagger! In the same session (s), you can hear "Bright lights, big city", Diddely daddy and stuff like that, definitely the Stones, with great harp playing, great guitars, and a huge piano from Stew. It's a great document, and all biographies of the Stones would confirm the session and the tunes played. Please check.
