Gimpy the Hissing Cockroach moulting

A video of one of our pet Madagascan Hissing Cockroaches during the moulting process. It's a pity I did not think to film him when he first started to burst out of his skin as the skin below was white. It began to darken after a few hours. He is trying to shimmy out of his old, dry skin to release the brand new skin below.

@bandgeek87 - We feed them raw fruit and veg and we also have a cuttlefish shell / bone in the tank for them to get some calcium from. They also need water but the risk of drowning for the wee roaches means we use a special bug gel. They live in the same sort of tank you might use for stick insects or maybe even a small reptile.
