www.raine.ca We have written a song called 'Free' حر. We dedicate this song and the video to the brave protestors of the Tunisian Revolution...it was the first revolution that was a catalyst for all of the protests in the rest of the Arab World (Egypt, Libya, Yeman, Bahrain, Iran etc).

This video features images from the Tunisian Revolution. Many thanks to Safa Mathlouthi for providing me with a lot of the pictures used in this video and for inspiring me to create this video!

Music/Production by Andy Breo
Vocals/Lyrics/Melody by Raine Sumner

'Free' حر was written to inspire the protestors in countries such as Egypt, Libya, Tunisia (and the rest of the Middle East) to keep up their fight for freedom: defined as the right to live a happy life without corruption, poverty and oppression.

I personally, am not a political person per se, but I believe that all human beings have the right to live a happy and fulfilled life free of poverty, corruption, and oppression...and that is my motivation behind the lyrics for this song

  • Unfortunately it's not what they will get, God Help them. They will all be in a regime that is anti-american, anti-israel, pro-Iranian with a sharia-based regime. Only Jesus can change the heart of leaders, and men.
