As you might know,, many many people came to america in the 1860` they tock clame on the land that nobady was owning, and they also vas a big part of the gold rush in the west. There was coming lots op norwegans to the US all up to the 70`, the last year most of the where carpenters and did flooring. But also many where working on tug boats in NY, About 85 procent of people from my home town have near relatives that are or have was in US. Local we are using Amerikan names on many things,

Id love the car but the rust had take it. Had lived on Long Island NY the whole life. And I brought it ower to Norway.
