thank you for not denying belly dancing its artistic quality. It demands hard work, expression and sensibility to improvise on derbake rhythms.

the problem doesn't lie in the dance itself, but in the audience don't you think? pretty much the same could be said about bollywood for instance. it's just that belly dancing totally assumes the power of the female body, so male spectators might feel threatened ;)

Flamenco dancing is pure Art for all ages and sizes. It's not about lusting the person which may be married or underaged or 80 years old. People who think different need to concentrate on belly dancing.
