  • I love the way this guy gets a psycho look on his face at full speed

  • This is a very good application of Brush knee. Dont follow this guys instruction tho and ask the guy if he wants to continue or not for then he is going to get his balance back and punch you. Just do the movement fast and with a flow.

  • Love it.

  • 1st: There is sinking of the knees to disrupt the form of the opponent and cause a break ready for a throw; 2nd and turning of the waist to execute a throw with an Atemi Waza to the chest.

  • Please show a longer shot so I can see your legs/feet!

  • @awesomeguy7778

    yes, yes you are

  • he brings up good points

whith these concepts and thoughts we can really begin to calibrate how much force we need to use allowing us to take on full responsibily

these days any simple assault go on our police rap sheet and no matter what counrty you travel to ,you will have to explain why this fight ever hapen for the rest of your life which has to be annoying.

So the skill and ability to calibrate the right force is so very important

  • i hat expert village so gay

  • @TheAlnoth

from my experince if you make your movements smaller and more relaxed and with less effort, the more athletic and skilled and quicker the other guys needs to be if you understand the concepts of making your movements small and with no effort

your fighting system should be so that an old lady can do it.Simple and no effort

Some call this economy of motion and others call it correct bio machanics

  • @TheAlnoth I would venture to say that most people who want to start fights for stupid reasons, or attack someone else out of anger are probably not martial artists. So, if you train in martial arts techniques like these for self defense and you are serious about it, then you probably have a good chance of defending the attack and getting out of the situation alive or at least not seriously injured. Sometimes attackers will try to surprise you, sometimes they will approach you slowly and try

  • @NOFseXy LOL... its about reacting without thought... you are a joke! LOL

wake up neo! you ALWAYS consider BY DEFAULT the attacker to not know what the hell he is doing while you are bruce lees older brother!

the sooner you realize that the attacker is JUST AS FAST and JUST AS READY as you are, the better for you. everything else is fairytales....

  • @TheAlnoth obviously these things should happen faster than you think, or else you WILL get screwed, and I can't see the attacker striking with his left elbow at that position
