Destin is a Canadian-built drill and sample transfer system onboard the Artemis Jr. rover and part of the RESOLVE science payload. This one-meter drill system enables samples to be taken from the layer of regolith found on the volcanic deposits of Hawaii's Big Island for evaluation. These samples are then divided into smaller pieces for multiple tests to perform small-scale oxygen extraction.
