Very true! The best description of that hideous building is that it looks like "the box cathedral came in!".

Even in this condition, it still looks more like a church than that monstrosity Mahony built has in LA. The fruits of Vatican II for all the world to see.

To my fellow Fenian Papist ... well done and thanks for uploading this. While I understand your sentiments, I still hold out hope, Eddie. I'm trying to work towards repairing these very elements once decayed and destroyed by the charismatic movement and the secularists since 1962. There's enough of us to do it, and after all, twelve men in Galilee changed the world after Pentecost. It can be done, but it'll be a climb.

Nice video! I went in that Church just yesterday. It is completely mind-blowing. I am especially amazed how many of the stained glass windows are intact, including all the ones in the apse, considering the damaged state of the building. I've noticed that even the common looter and vandal has enough respect not to destroy something as beautiful as stained glass.
