Vintage Festival 2012
We're thrilled to announce that Vintage Festival is back for 2012 and will take place at its brand new home: Boughton House, Northamptonshire.
An event that celebrates design, glamour and the Best of British deserves a location to match and in Boughton House we have a found the perfect home. This is the first time Boughton House has been used for an event of this kind and we can say with total confidence that we have secured the best festival site in the UK. It's a truly stunning stately home venue and a flagship of our wonderful British heritage for Vintage 2012.
The house itself stands majestically in over 2000 acres of Grade I Listed parkland, manicured grounds, historic avenues of lime trees and carefully tended lawns. From Friday 13 -- Sunday 15 July 2012, these glorious grounds will transform into a multi-venue playground where, over 3 days, you can take in specially curated live performances, exclusive DJ sets and catwalk shows, 'learn the dances' at one of many classes, eat brilliantly conceived food and drink delicious cocktails, take a step back in time with one of our decade-specific hair and beauty makeovers or perhaps browse the wonderful vintage shopping on offer.
Situated in the heart of middle England, Boughton House is just 1 hours travel from London and Manchester, and within an hour from Birmingham, Nottingham and Cambridge.
Tickets on sale now. Join us for the Britain's best looking and most uplifting long weekend of the festival season!
What Is The Vintage Festival?
Whether your thing is swing, rockabilly, mod, soul, funk, disco, ska, film, art or design, or if you just want to dress up and get an authentic make-over for a day, Vintage Festival is a sensual delight, a big dressing-up box, a collector's dream and a joyous creative feast for all ages. For one glamorous weekend we celebrate the music, fashion, film, art, design and dance from the 1920s to the 1980s that has made Britain the world's creative and cultural hot bed.

The music is: The Luther Ingram Orchestra - Exus Trek. Big Northern Soul track. Hope to have my 1962 Bubble Car fully restored to bring to the event this year. Just got it back from the paint shop.
