Onigiri are great, but if you leave the Nori (seaweed) on the Onigiri for too long, it becomes soft and wet. That's why in Japan, the Onigiri come in a package where you can place a fresh seaweed onto the Onigiri yourself in 3 quick steps. The seaweed is packaged seperatelly than the Onigiri.
