CAA's Head Start program on WB64

The Cincinnati-Hamilton County Community Action Agency (CAA), a nonprofit agency, administers the Head Start program. Head Start is an early childhood education program that prepares low-income 3 and 4 year-olds for a life of learning. Studies show that Head Start children are less likely to require special education later in school.
