  • What type of tubing did you use? Thanks for your help.

  • @jdsnowboy I used 1" diameter .083" wall thickness 4130 chromoly.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have other questions.

  • where did you buy that actuator ? what brand and the name? plz

  • @ahmadAN3 The actuator is an Electrak E150. I don't know if they still make this model.

I bought it from Power Drives Inc. A google search on that name will get you to their site.

  • Thanks a lot for your help! Also did you need to use any bearings on it? And where did you buy the chromoly? Was it pre bent? Thanks a lot!

  • Im a wheelchair user (spina bifida) and i like bikes but only found out recently about things like this so never ridden one.

To be honest i think id be too much of a wuss to try riding a two wheeler, something like a Harley Trike is more my thing lol

  • for a paralized rider I would encourage you to just completely get rid of the typical gear box..... and actuator. Convert it to a CVT and WHALA.. no more shifting worries, (its auto) and you keep the engine at its most efficeint section of the power band thus you improve milage and actually power.

  • where did you get your kit from?

  • i think its fantastic that this has been done, everyone should be able to experience riding a motorbike, i am currently an new rider on a kawa ninja 250R. Watching this made me smile, knowing that even people in a wheelchair can experience riding a bike :)

  • I would also really like to find a kit like this. Please help!!!
