  • Hey this is nice. I'm doing the same thing but with a helicopter. Vtphone pls how did you make the car interprete the phone signals? Really need help on this.

    One friend helped me with the controller (maybe it `s a PIC controller). I asked him to make the controller which decodes tones to movement commands. It was the simplest method for the prototype. If you want to build your chopper fast - do the same. But if you would make it working through the cellphone internet connection - it would be much more interesting.

  • Yes, I made it. The goal was to create an alpha prototype of this: wCpcJ0iFtQU

    We programmed a microcontroller which reacted on tone sounds of phone. It`s easy for specialist. And this was made by others with video support: 0kzLFEw_wvQ

    Regarding the helicopter you will need a light cellphone. It will be a good idea to detach the helicopters battareys and connect the motor to phones ones. Second I don`t know how it will transfer the video without stabilizing system (the image will tremble).
