Herman Cain on Border Fence Comments: America's Got to Learn to Take a Joke

When asked about his comments that the border needs to be protected with a "twenty-foot barbed wire electrified fence", Herman Cain said "America's got to learn how to take a joke."
He then outlined his real solution to the immigration problem, saying we need to secure the border by any means necessary, enforce the laws that are there, promote the path to citizenship, and empower the states to deal with the issue.
He said, "It turns out that America can be a nation with high fences and wide open doors."
