@andrewt1on1 thanks buddy... but still, everything looked awesome.

@manilenyongmakoy That's because the fourth leg of the indoor cauldron failed to rise on cue during the opening ceremony, due to a mechanical malfunction. It was the most embarrassing gaffe of the ceremony. (I thought everyone knew about that...lol

@NVanWendy ... Thank you my friend for answering my question. I do appreciate it much... Have a nice day!

@manilenyongmakoy No one ever answered your cauldron question!
The indoor one HAD only three legs because, after extensive testing and rehersal, one leg blew out a frammis or something on the big day. At the closing ceremony, they actually had a workman character pretending to fix it, an act that got lots of applause and laughter. Very Canadian to do something like that, I think.

Quite impressive, yeah... but I am still wondering how come the indoor cauldron seemed to have only three "legs" aside from the "leg" at the center while the outdoor cauldron lit by Wayne Gretzky has four "legs" and appeared to be much more balanced and stable?... sigh sigh sigh...
