Yes, not really meat birds but we ended up with too many roosters. These were a mix between Black Sumatra and Buff Orpington.

I find your video very informative. I am interested in killing and cleaning a chicken by myself. When I was younger in Puerto Rico my uncle had chickens for eggs but he did occasionally kill them for meals. Fresh chicken tastes so much better too.
