I perfer to just show my scars and what people think they think but when people have to go and bother me about it because they saw my scars then I get anoyed I mean to th point that I got in to a fight because a kid wouldnt stop bothering me about it

My scars aren't really noticable, but my fresh cuts are. When I'm around close friends and outside alone I show them, but say at school or around family I hide them. The main reason I hide them is because I don't want my parents to see, and people can judge so much. Like "ew she cuts, shes emo, don't talk to her" or something like that. And words hurt so much. I just hate getting judged. But I'm totally fine around my friends because they know all about why I do it, so they don't judge me.

I think you should always have some people that you're okay to show them around, but if you're around new people or people you don't like then I personally don't. I mean, to me, they're private. My self injury is private, and so my scars are too. :)

@ZoeeSavX i actually prefer to show my scars when i'm around complete strangers, i don't care what they think..whereas when i'm around people who know/dislike/care about me..they're going to be judgmental, if that makes sense?
