@frbjoernLA allies censored many things. my great grandfather was not a nazi sympathiser, but because he held an important position in the german community in a latin nation he along with many other germans was taken prisoner and put in a concentration camp in texas.

all letters he sent were censored, and he was not allowed to speak of the camps(hes no longer alive so theres no problem with me speaking of them).

all his money was taken, not one cent given back

@frbjoernLA God treated my great grandfather fairly. on his own he recovered even mroe than what was taken away from him, and luckily no relatives died(unfortunately from the oens fighting in germany one died ina U-boat) but most survived which is what matters. and fortunatley the war didnt last more years

im glad the nazi regime ceased to exist. but tis a shame it took a lot of german culture with it(things which werent even nazi).

My Grandpa was a Nazi, my Dad was a also a Nazi Stadsunteroffizier in the German 6th Army and I was a SPEC4 in the United States Army. See what happens when God fearing people in every country pray for peace!! I am sorry to hear how he was treated but you can see, there are "Hollywood Nazi's" in every country!! May there be peace on Earth!

@thEannoyingE I don't know! He and my Tanta Marga have been resting in the mercy of Almighty God now for a long time now. He was an honorable and a good man but. He was always hesitant to talk about his military past, not because he was a bad man but more because of Allied pressure!
