You are so bright and inspiring. You're right - putting the work into taking good care of your body is worth all the effort.

I'm a 'hiding in baggy clothes' kind of girl lol (partly out of necessity, partly for comfort). But I get what you're saying - it doesn't look good at all, and I guess the message I'm giving myself is that I should only look good when I'm weight recovered, which isn't right either. Very thought-provoking!

Love what you're saying about needing to develop a new relationship with your body, so true! I think by treating your body as an object you end up disconnecting yourself from it, i can remember back to times when i've looked in the mirror and seen a stranger, as if myself and my body are in no way 'one'. So defs agree with what you're saying, through recovery there is the need to reconnect (for lack of a better word). Thanks for doing a response! xo
