I've just finished my (something like) 15th match on FIFA12 and have yet to see a direct free kick awarded for either team. Something is not right there.
I'm with my virtual Pro, on Professional difficulty, fouls are [ON] in the settings.
Why are there no DFKs?

Hello there, I want to ask you do we have to press any of the direction buttons because i used to play PES 2009 and if u press up arrow the player shoots harder and down arrow is slower. Do we have anything similar to that here?

@McDuls Why? Rated 92 players can't score free-kicks all the time so the score-rate of lower rated players is going to be much less.

@EditingAl There is a little bar in the corner of the screen that shows you how much power you put in to pass or shots.
