Rosemary, I just love you. I watched this video today - (and I haven't really been watching many videos - because I have a lot of things going on at the moment) because I am a little stressed about some stuff - and you just made me feel better. LOL now I know if I am having a stressy day - I can go watch a Rosemary video to feel better :-)

I love myself now I am alomst 1 yr post vsg in Ireland gone from 500lb to 280lb, I have slowly started to believe that I am worthy of attention from others and from myself. I love everything about myself, thank you Rose.
