Converted videos to run on 3DS

I have successfully found the right format n codecs needed to play videos from my pc on my 3DS. Though this method sucks and takes way to much room on my memory card just for a few mins. The 3DS uses a certain method that uses very little space then my method. Still neat though.

@jodecideion Try an AVI with MJPEG for the video codec, resolution 400x240, FPS 20-30, Audio codec IMA WAV ADPCM Audio.
