Can you make the album cover for T.I's album Paper Trail?

@AddictionGamers No Way, Jose. That album cover is a collage of many scraps of paper. To make it in GIMP would take me ages! However - if you get an image of yourself, turn it into a black and white outline using the threshold tool, and then lay images of appropriately coloured scrap paper over the top (using overlay layer mode) you should be able to repeat the effect.
But it will take a while, and sourcing all of that scrap paper for images would be annoying.
