So true, so true. I realize I do purchase items based on my emotions. I go to certain people for services based on how I know them and long I know them. I also realize that I need to listen more than talk about myself so that my customers will want to invest in me, if I can get customers to purchase more from me by talking more about them.....then by all means SPEAK UP!!
