  • dude i tried this 2 days ago because i'm trying to get my vert up, today I couldn't even walk during school lol. if u want a good calf workout do this and don't underestimate it

  • lol whys he got gloves on fora calf workout? who wears gloves when they work out anyway, be a man and grow callouses over your callouses

  • hey lets pay £60 pound a month on gym membership then piss around on the stairs doing half rep bouncing on your trainers calves raises ,,,cos thats gonna make your calves massive naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat

  • Once you have done one set of a gruelling calf workout on the whole of the stairs, how long should you wait to repeat the same thing, or should you do this once a day? Thanks

  • @OooGodOfWarooO He's doing it by numbers. One lift is one, the next step is 2 lifts, the next is 3, etc etc etc all the way to about 15-20 times going up

  • wait what does the different stairs do, not getting it, isnt it the same on every staiir?

    ive been goin up to 20 steps and i just fall to the ground after lol

    but i see a huge diffrence in my calves
