If it causes winds, over 40 mph on the ground, its on the ground. Just because the funnel isn't on the ground doesn't mean the tornado isn't. You are an idiot.

One of my pet peeve phrases, IF IT DID DAMAGE,THEN IT TOUCHED DOWN. If a funnel creates winds strong enough to blow stuff around on the ground then it's a tornado. HOW CAN A TORNADO DO DAMAGE IF IT DIDN"T TOUCH DOWN?!?!?
