In this video I share with you the best supplement you can use to knock out inflammation, increase flexibility, improve your recovery, and heal old scar tissue. This supplement is of course MSM and has been one of my favorite things to take for the last 6 years. Also, I share with you my experience with it as well as how much you should take to really notice the benefits for this amazing supplement.

Now as i try to rejuvinate my body and mind i find these videos very useful in my fight for a natural physic and zen. these videos always bring back a state of bliss helping to realize it is possible. Goodlooking out on the videos man.

  • @blackroc123 thanks for the kind words :)

  • nice! i do a lot of breakdancing and my flexibility rly hinders me... imma buy some tomorrow. i as well can barely inch forward when i do the straddle stretch and its rly sad lol

  • Go to ur local farmers market and get MSM for horses...its not only hella cheaper but u can get massive doses of it with NO side effects. I was scared at first cause I was like damn thats for horses? but turns out it has really helped with my shoulder injury and has helped for after grappling practice for soreness and after workouts. I like it...

  • MSM is great, but I've read the following problem can result from consuming large amounts of it:

"... Jonathan Wright, MD point out that MSM can create a *molybdenum deficiency*because exogenous, (outside) sources of sulfur will drain molybdenum resources because the molybdenum is essential for sulfur metabolism..."

Any thoughts on getting extra molybdenum while using MSM?

  • I enjoy the sitting-down format. You seem more relaxed to me (though I haven't seen all of your videos--you have lots of them, heh--so perhaps you are relaxed in others, too).

  • I take large doses of MSM and I simply put it in my water. Once I let it dissolve, if I have the right amount, I cannot taste it at all. You get used to it, and it's probably better that way. Definitely easy to get by. :)

  • Hey Brandon, this is a bit off topic, but would you consider doing a vid on magnesium? there seem to be so many forms of it, I'm at a loss which one to use...

  • Thanks for this video! It sounds very interesting, so I will definetly check it out! =)

  • @herbgardner00 Guess I've gotten used to the taste heehee

  • I still like to use the powder form. A heaping tablespoon with some Camu Camu powder, pinch of sea salt and 2 tbsp lemon juice in spring water. The lemon masks the taste big time. This supplement is wonderful and almost levitational at times.

  • please do a video on staying motivated to get to the gym. I was going for a couple months but now I can't seem to get back on track. I felt so much better when I was working out. By the way, I quit coffee 6 days ago and went through withdrawal. Last night I slept so well and had heavenly dreams.

    look into Swiss-Kriss laxatives.
