My great grandad used to do the painting of the bikes in the 40s.I think my nan used to have a visit now and again from one of the brothers and she enjoyed talking of old stockton.

I finally received my 'dream' bike. A Jack Taylor tandem in near mint condition. 1974. I looked for 18 months for the right choice. It has less than 500 miles on it according to the former owner.

Anyone have any idea where I can track this video down?

Nice, Thanks for posting this! I love Taylor's box striping and paint, as well as their decals from the 70's. Surprised they didn't use a jig to braze in -- oh well, they sure look nice and I'm sure they are as well built as most "QUALITY" frames. Notice the Flying C logo on the Cinelli wall, hard to believe a Cinelli after 78 would be retailing for over 2000 GBP ($4000), I think they are full of it.
regards,
Bruce
Great to see this video, I have a fully restored 1962 Jack taylor sports tourer with the original taylor rack and box lining. I also have a Cinelli Super Corsa frame with columbus tubing that is going to be built up to a 1986 spec. with Campagnola C Record groupset.
